This is a sample of an agency contract template. This particular template is for a modeling agency, but it can be modified for other types of agencies as well.

[Name of Agency] hereby contracts with [Your Name] (“Model”) to provide modeling services on the following terms:

Term of Agreement: This Agreement shall commence on the date of execution and shall continue until [Date], unless earlier terminated as provided herein.

Services Provided: Model agrees to perform the following services for Agency during the Term: [Description of Services]. In addition, Model may be required to participate in promotional activities related to her modeling work, such as attending parties or other events hosted by Agency. Model will notify Agency as soon as possible if she is unable to participate in any promotional activity.

Compensation: For her services, Model will be paid [$X] per hour, for a total of [XX] hours worked. Payment will be made bi-weekly on Fridays. In the event that Model works more than [XX] hours in any given week, she will be compensated at the rate of time and one-half for all hours worked over [XX]. This includes both modeling work and any promotional activities related to her modeling work.

Expenses: All travel expenses incurred by Model in connection with her modeling work will be reimbursed by Agency within 30 days of submission of a valid invoice. Additionally, Agency will reimburse Model for any other reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with her modeling work, subject to prior approval by Agency.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that Model is unable to fulfill her obligations under this Agreement due to illness or other circumstances beyond her control, she will notify Agency as soon as possible. If Model cancels a shoot or other engagement with less than 24 hours notice, she will forfeit her entire fee for that engagement.

Intellectual Property: Any photos, videos, or other materials created in connection with Model's modeling work will be owned by Agency. However, Model will have the right to use these materials for personal promotional purposes.
